Delivery Terms and Conditions

Local delivery ensures the highest reliability and the shortest transit routes.

2. Processing and Delivery Time We understand that you want to receive your goods as quickly as possible. Therefore, we strive to guarantee lightning-fast processing speeds:

Orders placed before 11:30 AM (Monday to Friday): Shipped as early as the same day.

Orders placed after 11:30 AM: Shipped as early as the next day.

Standard Delivery Time: Within Germany, delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

3. Shipping Costs To ensure transparency and fairness, we charge a flat shipping fee of only €2.00 per order for insured transport within Germany.

4. Shipping Tracking: You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email after your package leaves our warehouse. This email contains your unique tracking number, which you can use to track your package's delivery status in real time.

5. Delivery Area: We deliver throughout Germany.
