We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to request a return after receiving the goods.

Returned items must be in their original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your order. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The best way to ensure you receive the goods you need as quickly as possible is to return the item you have received and purchase a new one separately after the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods were shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing any justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
