Metalinist Marketing Analytics Tool

Overview

Metalinist Marketing Analytics Tool is a private, internal reporting and decision-support application developed exclusively for Metalinist. It connects Metalinist’s owned Shopify store, Google Ads account, and Meta Ads account to provide unified marketing performance analysis.

The tool is not offered to the public, clients, or third parties. Only authorized Metalinist personnel can access or use it.

Google Ads API Usage

The application uses the Google Ads API to retrieve reporting data from advertising accounts owned and managed by Metalinist.

Current functionality includes:

• Retrieving campaign, ad group, and advertising performance data
• Reviewing impressions, clicks, advertising costs, conversions, and conversion value
• Calculating performance indicators such as CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS
• Comparing Google Ads performance with Meta Ads and Shopify sales data
• Producing internal optimization recommendations for budgets, campaigns, and creative strategy

The current Google Ads integration is reporting-only. Advertising changes are not executed automatically. Recommendations are reviewed by an authorized Metalinist user before any changes are made directly within the advertising platform.

Intended Users

The tool is used only by authorized employees and operators of Metalinist. It is not a multi-tenant platform and does not provide Google Ads API access to external users.

Authentication and Security

Google Ads access is authorized through Google OAuth 2.0. Credentials and access tokens are stored securely and are not exposed to website visitors or third parties.

The application follows a least-privilege model and requests only the permissions required for internal advertising reporting and analysis.

Data Handling

Advertising data is used solely for Metalinist’s internal reporting, campaign analysis, and business decision-making. Data is not sold, shared, sublicensed, or used to provide services to third parties.
